Our Expectations of You:
Complete a Job Placement Questionnaire about the country or counties before beginning Job Placement. If your situation changes, please let us know so that we can adjust the search.
The TESOL Training International Job Placement division is here to offer you assistance in perfecting all documents needed to apply for jobs overseas; namely, your cover letter and resume. This process requires diligence on your part and all documents submitted must be coherent, complete and proofread for general errors such as spelling and grammar. We will offer our expert advice, however we are not responsible for drafting the contents of your resume and cover letter.
If a school or recruiter contacts you with a position, you are expected to respond within 48 hours. Please keep us updated on these correspondences.
If you are sent a contract please send a copy to our email address. You can let the school know that it is standard for TTI to look over a contract with you before signing so that they know that you are interested but need several days to respond.
Please make sure to get in touch with us every two to three weeks either by phone or email to check in and see if you have heard from any potential employers.
During the job process, it is recommended that you continue to look at job postings on your own, in addition to the personalized search process that we are leading at TTI. This philosophy has two purposes, one it helps you to stay informed about the current job market and secondly two heads are always better than one. You Can Expect Us To:
Send out your resume and cover letter to our database of schools that we have a relationship with in your country of choice (this includes only the schools we have included in our website).
Execute a personalized search for jobs that meet your interests and talents.
Write a personalized letter of introduction and recommendation that we will send out to all employers that we contact.
