How Our Programs Work TESOL Training International is a company dedicated to sending people abroad to teach English. We created our organization to fill a specific need: TESOL-certified native English-speaking teachers willing to travel abroad and live in another country for 6 months to a year teaching English. Our success rate in job placement abroad is ridiculously high. Even though our job guarantee states that you will be working within 6 months, almost everyone (close to 100%) is either in the final stage of job placement or is already teaching within 3 months.
