In addition to the hundreds of job postings available through our affiliate ESLUSA, LLC, we have a unique and highly effective job placement process which ensures your success in landing the job of your dreams. We have relationships with hundreds of schools in countries all over the world. These schools know us by reputation or by having hired our teachers before, so they are always very interested in hiring our latest graduates. Our teachers (you!) are our greatest assets. We provide excellent training, so our teachers “hit the ground running” when they get in front of a classroom. At TESOL Training International, we cultivate relationships with many of our teachers that last a lifetime, so when you're a graduate of TESOL Training International; you are family and are treated as such.
Our Employment Process
In addition to the employment process outlined in our Employment Manual, we assist you with resume/CV editing or updating, photo editing, and anything else that in our experience will help you stand out as an applicant. And, to make you even more irresistible to employers, we send your resume and photo with a letter of introduction from our company to the hundreds of schools with which we have relationships around the world. All of this is to guarantee that your transition to being an English Teacher Abroad is quick, seamless and easy. If you follow our proven process and are not offered a job within 6 months of receiving your TESOL Certificate for one of our programs (in-class, online or by correspondence), we will gladly refund your money less $100 processing fee. Our programs are available to everyone, although the following conditions apply in order to qualify for the job guarantee:
1.You must be at least 18 years of age.
2. You must have completed your high-school (or equivalent) education.
3. You must be a native English speaker or at an advanced level of English.
4. You must complete at least one Specialization TESOL course after you complete the Foundation TESOL teacher certification course.
5. You must follow our specific employment process outlined in this manual (self-inquiry, research, letter of introduction, cover letter, resume, reference letters, photo and interview).
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Please send documentation to TESOL Training International outlining the steps you took to acquire a job. Include rejection letters or emails which include the names, emails and phone numbers of the schools, as well as the name of the directors or hiring managers with whom you spoke or corresponded.
It is important to stay in communication with our job placement division. If you are not having success at finding a job, we can help , but only if you let us know. Once we know, we will take additional actions to help you find a job, or we will suggest additional actions for you to take, and you will then take those actions.
We will consider each request on an individual basis; however, no refunds will be issued without first following the above procedure
