Cancellation & TRANSFER POLICY

  • A minimum deposit of $100.00 is due at the time of registration. The balance is due seven (7) business days before the first day of the course, or at the time of transfer.
  • The $100 deposit is non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your registration, you can apply the $100 to a later course or transfer the funds to another student for up to one year after the original start date.
  • There is a $50 fee to transfer your registration to a later course. All transfers must be requested at least seven (7) business days prior to the start of the course and are subject to availability. There is no transfer fee if you transfer to an earlier course, or if you transfer from online to in-class, or from in-class to online.

    Due to the nature of how our TESOL Training Program is delivered, TESOL Training International Inc. can not offer refunds.  However, we are willing to work with the teacher trainee to make the program as simple and as easy to work with as possible.

    • If a cancelation is made less than 14 days before the start of a course, a $250.00 cancelation fee will be added.
      Due to our small class sizes, if a cancelation is made less than 7 days before the start of a course, no refund will be given. How to apply for a refund

      In-Class program cost: $1,095
      – Class Cost $450.00 (Refundable if class was canceled)  120 TESOL Certificate On-line program will be offered at no cost
      – Job-Placement Cost $445.00 (Refundable if we did not start the job placement process)
      – Material Fee $100.00 (Refundable-if canceled before obtaining login / Password)
      – Registration Fee $200.00 (Non-Refundable)
      Refund amount will be: $450.00
